It all started when…

she helped her mother-in-law with Part D drug plan enrollment. Plan selections were confusing and enrollment processes were complex. Even with her pharmacy knowledge, she found it difficult to determine the “right” drug plan for her mother-in-law.

She learned that her mother-in-law’s drug plan was under sanction with a low star rating. She was able to switch her out of her old plan and enroll her into a better plan during the annual enrollment period. Assisting her mother-in-law made her realize many seniors also need help choosing the prescription drug plans and Medicare Supplement plans.

She decided to help seniors by becoming a licensed life and health agent, specializing in Medicare and Medicare related plans. She now services clients in Illinois, Michigan and California.
